To ensure the completion of the manuals, we request the Contractor to provide the necessary information:
- 1. The most recent specifications and construction drawings
- 2. All change documentation impacting your scope.*
- 3. Stamped reviewed shop drawings
- 4. Installation, operation & maintenance (IOM) manuals
- 5. List of subcontractors and suppliers
- 6. Certificates issued by governing authorities
- 7. Testing and start-up reports
- 8. Warranty letters
- 9. Spare parts transmittals / lists
- 10. Commissioning logs (if required)
- 11. Training and demonstration attendance record
- 12. List of special tools required for the maintenance of the equipment and instructions on tools.
- 13. Digital copies of your as-built drawings (if specified to be included).
Note: 2* Cost changes not needed, only documentation such as site instructions, proposed change notices. We will print up to 11”x17” copies. If full size copies are specified to be included, we will leave space in the binder(s) for you to provide and insert.

Architectural
- Building products, applied material and finishes product data, and information for reordering custom manufactured products.
- Instructions for cleaning agents and methods, precautions against detrimental agents and methods, and recommended schedule for cleaning and maintenance.
- Moisture protection and weather exposed products manufacturer’s recommendations for cleaning agents and methods, precautions against detrimental agents and methods, and recommend schedule for cleaning and maintenance.

- Pressure test reports (plumbing, gas, duct static, hydronic, refrigeration, integrated systems, electrical, etc)
- Welding test and fire damper drop test reports
